Tuition and Fees

We are committed to providing a high-quality, Christ-centered educational experience while keeping our fees clear and purposeful.

Application Fee

$100 (non-refundable)/student
  • Due at the time of application submission.

Enrollment Fee

$200 (non-refundable)/student or $500 (non-refundable)/family
  • Due upon acceptance to RLHC (within three days of acceptance)
This fee helps cover
  • Classroom supplies
  • Administrative supply costs
  • ClassReach account setup and access
  • Technology support and maintenance

Tuition

$2900 per student / per academic year
  • Tuition covers instruction, program development, and student enrichment activities on on-campus days.
  • Tuition is non-refundable and due according to the payment schedule outlined at enrollment.

Tuition Payment Plan

At RLHC, we strive to make a Christ-centered education accessible and cost-effective for families. We offer flexible payment options and discounts for multiple children or full payment.

Monthly payments start June 1, or if you’d like to pay in full, the deadline is July 1.

  • Schedule: 10 equal payments
  • If you choose a monthly payment plan that begins prior to the start of classes and you later withdraw, those payments will not be refunded.

Tuition Payment Plan

Application fees are due upon receipt of your application and are non-refundable. Once your enrollment fee is paid and your student(s) are accepted into a class, you are contractually obligated to pay the year’s educational services balance, even if you leave the program mid-semester.

We offer three different payment plans to choose from. All processing fees associated with ACH/credit cards are passed on directly to families.

Checks for payment in full should be made payable to Rooted Learning Homeschool Center. If a family selects a pay-in-full plan but then changes their mind to a different payment plan, their initial withdrawal will be for all monies due up to that date.

Non-Refundable Tuition and Fee Policy

Rooted Learning Homeschool Center does not provide refunds for educational service plans, and all monies due remain due in the case of student withdrawal, as per the ACH/Financial Agreement parents sign. Commitments have been made to Academic Mentors’ salaries, building costs, insurance, materials/supplies, etc., and therefore, we cannot refund monies to families that decide not to continue with our community once their application and registration fees have been received, and they are accepted into our community. This applies to both student withdrawals before school starts or during the academic year.

Late Fees/NSF Charges: All payments are due by the due date stated in your ClassReach account. If the payment is not received by that date, a late fee of $10 (per instance) will be assessed and due at the time. RLHC reserves the right to require payments in advance for all fees and costs on accounts deemed to have a history of habitually late payments.

If your student/family is asked to leave the program for any violations in behavior both by the student or parent and any violations of our handbook policies, no refunds are given. If a family fails to pay their educational services plan, their student(s) cannot return to RLHC.
