We are honored and privileged to have your child(ren) attend Rooted Learning Homeschool Center. It is our joy to nurture, support, and love each student entrusted to our care. We take this calling seriously and strive to create a Christ-centered environment where families feel encouraged, students thrive, and relationships flourish.

Rooted Learning Homeschool Center is an invitation-only program

We reserve the right to discontinue membership if it becomes evident that the partnership is not a good fit—whether spiritually, relationally, or educationally. This decision will always be made with careful prayer and discernment, with the best interests of both the family and the center in mind.

Our desire is to walk in love, truth, and unity, honoring Christ in all our decisions as we partner with families in the sacred task of discipling and educating children.

Admissions Process

Step 1: Review Our Core Beliefs

Before completing the application, we ask that you prayerfully read RLHC’s Statements of Vision, Mission, and Faith to ensure alignment with our Christ-centered values.

Step 2: Submit Application & Application Fee

Complete the Enrollment Application and submit it along with a non-refundable $100 application fee/student. The application fee is due same day as the submitted application.

Step 3: Schedule a Family Interview

Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted to schedule a family interview. This is an opportunity for us to get to know your family and answer any questions about RLHC’s philosophy and program.

Step 4: Admission Notification & Registration Fee

Families will be notified of formal admission to RLHC after the interview. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable registration fee of $200/student or $500/family will be due to secure your child(ren)’s place.

Please Note: RLHC is an invitation-only learning center. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. All applications are prayerfully reviewed and approved by the Director(s).

Re-enrollment

Re-enrollment for current families will open on January 1st and remain open through January 30th. To secure your child’s spot for the next academic year, please submit your re-enrollment application along with the $100 application fee per student during this window.

Priority is given to returning students during this period.

Applications submitted after January 30 will be considered alongside new applicants during the open enrollment period.

Open enrollment for new families will begin on February 1, and applications will be considered as space allows.
